Shipping policy

Free shipping over $75
Orders of $75 or more (after discounts, before tax) ship free anywhere in the US. Under that, shipping is calculated by weight at checkout and shown before you pay.

Where we ship
All 50 states. We don't ship internationally yet.

When it ships
Orders leave Colorado within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). From November through December, allow up to 5 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

How it ships
Most orders ship via USPS. Some may ship via UPS or other carriers depending on the order.

Arrived broken?
Email a photo to hello@radcliffcandles.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no charge. No need to ship anything back.

Out of stock
If something you ordered isn't available, we'll let you know and refund that item to your original payment method.
