Ordering & Shipping
How much is shipping?
Free on US orders of $75 or more (after discounts, before tax). Under that, it's calculated by weight at checkout and shown before you pay.
When will my order ship?
Orders leave Colorado within 2–3 business days, and you'll get a tracking number by email. November–December, allow up to 5 business days.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We ship to all 50 states.
Can I add a gift note?
Yes. There's a note box in your cart. Whatever you write there is printed on a card that goes in the box with the order, and we never include prices.
Do you do wholesale or custom orders?
We'd love to talk. Send us a note through the contact page.
Returns & Problems
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery. Unburned candles and unused melts get a full refund of the product price. A candle burned less than a quarter of the way down (or one cube per scent for melts) comes back minus a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping isn't refundable and return postage is on you. Contact us first so we can send instructions.
My order arrived broken or wrong.
That's on us. Send a photo through the contact page within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no charge. No need to ship anything back.
How long do refunds take?
Within 5 business days of your return arriving, back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.
The Candles
What are they made of?
A coconut-apricot-soy wax blend, 100% cotton wicks, and jars made in America from recycled glass. Wax melts are coconut-soy in a 3 oz tin.
What's in the fragrance?
A blend of fragrance oils and essential oils. Phthalate-free, no Prop 65 warnings.
How long does a candle last?
About 55 hours of burn time for the 11 oz candle.
Any tips for the first burn?
Let the melt pool reach the edge of the jar on the first burn (about 2–3 hours) so it doesn't tunnel later. More in our candle care guide.
Where are they made?
Hand-poured in Colorado.

Is there a first-order discount?
Yes, 15% off with code WELCOME15. Sign up at the bottom of any page and we'll send it.
What's the two-candle deal?
Any two candles in the same order are automatically 15% off at checkout. No code needed.
Can I stack discounts?
One discount per order; the bigger one wins.
How does Subscribe and Save work?
Pick "Subscribe and save 15%" on any candle, choose every month or every 2 months, and each delivery is 15% off. Skip, pause, or cancel anytime from your account.
How do I manage my subscription?
Sign in at the account icon (top right) and open the Subscriptions tab, or use "Manage subscription" in the footer.
