Radcliff started as a hobby. We loved candles, both buying them and giving them as gifts, but too many of the ones we brought home had very weak scents, and some fragrances left us with headaches and migraines. So we started exploring how to make our own, using high-quality fragrance oils and ingredients that didn't affect us the same way.

It turned out to be a lot of fun. We kept adding fragrances, kept adding equipment, and the hobby outgrew the kitchen cabinet it was originally stored in. We made so many candles that we started giving them to friends and family.

In 2025 we discovered an opportunity to take part in our first local market. We jumped on it, got a crash course in setting up a business, and have been pursuing it ever since, first alongside our jobs, and now full time.

Radcliff Candles are made in Colorado. We've always enjoyed giving candles as gifts, and now we get to share the ones we make ourselves.
